Still at Noosa, Wed 25 August

Hello again and greetings from Noosa.

Well, we're still here, just starting our third week in our Little Cove apartment.  Once our three weeks here are over, we have another week in another place [St Tropez (!)] and then we'll be back in the van.  We have a couple of places around here where we can go for a while but we have no idea about when [or if] we can come home, because NSW lies between us and home. But if we can live with that sort of uncertainty, it's pretty nice to be here.

Today we had to go a little south to Maroochydore, for Judy's appointment with her skin specialist.  That gave us a chance for lunch at The Boatshed at Cotton Tree.

While we've had a few human visitors, we thought you might like to see one our other visitors.  There were two of them and they stayed all day.  They both looked to be very wise.

And yesterday was forecast to be cloudy with a few showers, unlike the rest of the weather we've been having, so we drove to Nambour and jumped on the train to Brisbane.  This was so that we could go to the gallery there and see a wonderful collection of European masterpieces from The Met in New York.  The Met has some special work being done, so they are able to spare 65 of their treasures for a visit to Brisbane and we loved it. Here are a few..

Best wishes to everyone.  If we're ever allowed home we'd love to see you face-to-face.
